So, I haven’t posted in a while (shame on me), but I’ve been a bit busy and lost track of time, especially when it comes to blogging!

I went for food and drinks last night with the girls, and I thought I didn’t wanna look too casual but I didn’t wanna look too dressy. So I went with a slogan tee and ripped jeans, to dress the outfit up I went with heels open toe boots.

Cousin day. Taking a 2 year old out for food โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ

Don’t you just love family days… sometimes you need to just forget about everything and spend the day with your closest ones.

Today was a dinner date to Victors Hale, the food was amazing but the cliental was a bit snobby if I’m being honest.

Anyone else have the problem of complete dirties from strangers when you have a 2 year old with you?! A little baby is gonna act like a baby wherever you go!!

Unfortunately you ain’t gonna have the most relaxing day but don’t go to a place in the day where there are children!

Please tell me we aren’t the only ones who felt like this lady was completely out of order???? Or are we just kid lovers who love to let our little ones play? ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Anyway, moral of the story is, I had an amazing day with family and I love these special little play dates โค๏ธ

Workout vlog

Iโ€™m not going to lie, I have seriously slacked recently. Havenโ€™t been motivated whatsoever!! And I seriously canโ€™t get into a strict regime.

Any recommendations for healthy, exciting lunchโ€™s / breakfasts then please throw them at me!

Jumping squats with 15kg bar x10

Half deadlifts with 20kg bar x10

Goblet squats with 16kg kettlebell x10

Repeat 3x times!

And I know my technique needs serious improvement, itโ€™s all part of the journey though ๐Ÿ˜˜

So I havenโ€™t been social media active at all recently with my boyfriends fight coming up, now itโ€™s been and gone I can show off my outfit choice for the big night!

Skincare // skin problems

*Honest post*

So over the past couple of months I have really struggled with my eczema. I’ve had quite a stressful couple of months so I put the flare ups down to that.

I did a post on Facebook asking friends how the hell could I calm it down! N I got quite a few messages with really good advice.

I already have all the steroid creams/all over body moisturisers i.e aveeno. Although I felt none of these were even coming close to helping it.

It was causing sleepless nights due to irritation and waking up with even more cuts n flare ups.

I am usually quite lucky when it comes to having clear skin, I mean I get the odd spot but who doesn’t. I put this down to my skin care regime and diet.

On a day to day basis, I use Dr Bronners extra sensitive skin range (unscented) and it’s fab! Plus, it’s an all organic range, so even better.

Diet wise, with the eczema flare ups I tried to cut down dairy over the last couple of days (this was a piece of advice from Facebook friends) and my god it has helped so much! Even thought it’s only been days, the irritation has super chilled out!

I have been monitoring what I have been eating and I haven’t touched high dairy foods for days. (I’m not a huge brew drinker so this helps!!).

To keep my skin clear, I swear by salted caramel Green Tea ๐Ÿต I drink 2 cups a day and I am convinced this is what’s keeping my skin so clear!

All natural ingredients, sugar-free and only 4 calories a cup.

So it’s been a long week for me n my guy, his fight is coming up so it’s been non stop recently!

Anyone who has a boyfriend who is into professional sport – you’re with me! It’s tiring for the girlfriend too!!!

Anyway, we decided to go for a chilled weekend to spend some quality time together.

My chilled clothes are sha’mazin, starting with the striped pants which are super comfy! (Believe it or not), a sweater – well, you can’t really go wrong with a sweater can you?! Especially when it’s cool as well ๐Ÿ˜Ž n a big head band.

Cardio can be fun sometimes ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

So I’m guessing cardio is a chore for you all or maybe I’m the only one??

Unless I’m going for a run to clear my mind or going for a fast paced walk with my momma I struggle to find it appealing n I always try to find my way out of it!!

So why carry on like that? Find a sport! One you love!! N make that your cardio. Whether it’s once, twice or once every other week, it’s something! And mixing that in with your weight sessions will take you a long way ๐Ÿ˜Š

I hate the fact that due to social media, people feel they need to live up to silly expectations, always chasing perfection….Don’t! Everyone’s different! Everyone’s routine is different and some things just don’t work for you or your body.

I’ve been playing netball pretty much all my life, but for the past couple of years I’ve got back into it properly and have been playing 3 times a week, I absolutely love it. I’m a little competitive, not gonna lie, so that definitely helps ๐Ÿ˜‚

But not only have I become fitter, my skin, my nails, hair, everything is healthier.

Do something you love n if that makes you healthier, then even better.
