I’m not going to lie, I have seriously slacked recently. Haven’t been motivated whatsoever!! And I seriously can’t get into a strict regime.
Any recommendations for healthy, exciting lunch’s / breakfasts then please throw them at me!
Workout of the day—
Jumping squats with 15kg bar x10
Half deadlifts with 20kg bar x10
Goblet squats with 16kg kettlebell x10
Repeat 3x times!
And I know my technique needs serious improvement, it’s all part of the journey though 😘
