So I’m guessing cardio is a chore for you all or maybe I’m the only one??
Unless I’m going for a run to clear my mind or going for a fast paced walk with my momma I struggle to find it appealing n I always try to find my way out of it!!
So why carry on like that? Find a sport! One you love!! N make that your cardio. Whether it’s once, twice or once every other week, it’s something! And mixing that in with your weight sessions will take you a long way 😊
I hate the fact that due to social media, people feel they need to live up to silly expectations, always chasing perfection….Don’t! Everyone’s different! Everyone’s routine is different and some things just don’t work for you or your body.
I’ve been playing netball pretty much all my life, but for the past couple of years I’ve got back into it properly and have been playing 3 times a week, I absolutely love it. I’m a little competitive, not gonna lie, so that definitely helps 😂
But not only have I become fitter, my skin, my nails, hair, everything is healthier.
Do something you love n if that makes you healthier, then even better.
