So over the past couple of months I have really struggled with my eczema. I’ve had quite a stressful couple of months so I put the flare ups down to that.

I did a post on Facebook asking friends how the hell could I calm it down! N I got quite a few messages with really good advice.

I already have all the steroid creams/all over body moisturisers i.e aveeno. Although I felt none of these were even coming close to helping it.

It was causing sleepless nights due to irritation and waking up with even more cuts n flare ups.

I am usually quite lucky when it comes to having clear skin, I mean I get the odd spot but who doesn’t. I put this down to my skin care regime and diet.

On a day to day basis, I use Dr Bronners extra sensitive skin range (unscented) and it’s fab! Plus, it’s an all organic range, so even better.

Diet wise, with the eczema flare ups I tried to cut down dairy over the last couple of days (this was a piece of advice from Facebook friends) and my god it has helped so much! Even thought it’s only been days, the irritation has super chilled out!

I have been monitoring what I have been eating and I haven’t touched high dairy foods for days. (I’m not a huge brew drinker so this helps!!).

To keep my skin clear, I swear by salted caramel Green Tea 🍵 I drink 2 cups a day and I am convinced this is what’s keeping my skin so clear!

All natural ingredients, sugar-free and only 4 calories a cup.

Chill times wt bae 👵🏼👴🏼 – OOTD

Hey hey,

So it’s been a long week for me n my guy, his fight is coming up so it’s been non stop recently!

Anyone who has a boyfriend who is into professional sport – you’re with me! It’s tiring for the girlfriend too!!!

Anyway, we decided to go for a chilled weekend to spend some quality time together.

My chilled clothes are sha’mazin, starting with the striped pants which are super comfy! (Believe it or not), a sweater – well, you can’t really go wrong with a sweater can you?! Especially when it’s cool as well 😎 n a big head band.

Cardio can be fun sometimes 🙌🏼

So I’m guessing cardio is a chore for you all or maybe I’m the only one??

Unless I’m going for a run to clear my mind or going for a fast paced walk with my momma I struggle to find it appealing n I always try to find my way out of it!!

So why carry on like that? Find a sport! One you love!! N make that your cardio. Whether it’s once, twice or once every other week, it’s something! And mixing that in with your weight sessions will take you a long way 😊

I hate the fact that due to social media, people feel they need to live up to silly expectations, always chasing perfection….Don’t! Everyone’s different! Everyone’s routine is different and some things just don’t work for you or your body.

I’ve been playing netball pretty much all my life, but for the past couple of years I’ve got back into it properly and have been playing 3 times a week, I absolutely love it. I’m a little competitive, not gonna lie, so that definitely helps 😂

But not only have I become fitter, my skin, my nails, hair, everything is healthier.

Do something you love n if that makes you healthier, then even better.

Date night OOTN ❣️

So Saturday evening it was cheat night 🙊 And we decided we were well overdue a date night so we chose Yard n Coop in Northern quarter, I absolutely love the place! One of my favourite food places n it’s super cool!

Fishy Fridays – Healthy Food Porn! 🐟

So I’m not gonna lie I’m a complete foodie! And I decided to exchange takeaway Fridays for healthy eating Fridays n I loved it!

Mission six pack on de way.

I’m not going to lie, I’m finding healthy eating/living a healthy lifestyle is really easy at the minute due to my boyfriend also dieting n intensively training for his professional boxing title fight.

How fab do you feel after a healthier meal? N how much longer are you full for?!

I find when I eat the shitty foods I’m hungry about an hour later n generally feel crap! 🙄

My skin, hair n body feels soooo good at the moment. Couldn’t be happier with my progress n eating foods like this definitely help!


Meal of the day-Salmon – Salmon is one of the best sources of the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Broccoli – Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also provides potassium, fiber.

Brown pasta – Whole grain pasta is high in B vitamins and minerals, such as copper, selenium, magnesium and manganese. The B vitamins are important for a healthy nervous system and energy metabolism.

Seasoned with black & red pepper – for flavourings.

So last night I decided to give social media a miss, I put my phone down, no Instagram posts n I just chilled with my guy n I’m not gonna lie, it was sooooo good.

I realised that sometimes you gotta give it a break n focus on everything around you.  I realised that I’ve missed silly bloody conversations with my J, treasure it.

Don’t let life pass you by without even realising, enjoy the people around you, the ones who are there no matter what! Invest your time in your friends, family, partner, even if it’s just 10 mins, you won’t get that time back!

I mean, I know this is deep for a Wednesday morning but I realised that I was getting lost in the whole social world n without even realising I was losing precious time with my bestie!

Stop chasing perfection n enjoy the ride ❤️

Fashion tips —-

You cannot go wrong with a bit of stripes can you!? Absolutely love stripes, always have, always will.

So last night I went to watch the boxing n my ootn was a striped floaty dress from Topshop with a pair of strappy laced heels from River island. Cheap n affordable but definitely cheery n fabulous!

I had so many compliments! I even got stopped by a paramedic to ask about my outfit! ❤️



I went for Charlotte tilbury EVERYTHING on my face! Starting with the magic foundation shade 4.5 (spf 15 to help prevent any sun damage n keep you looking young), lips – Charlotte tilbury matte contour liquid lipstick shade – best actress, eyeshadow – Charlotte tilbury eyes to mesmerise shade – jean, eyeliner – mac eye pencil n highlighter – mac soft and gentle mineralise skinfinish.

First blog post! Fitness girl ❤️

Wow, so this is my very first blog post and I’m no where near a pro! So please try n bare with me guys!

I’m not all about creating a life that’s not real! I’m just going to document me, my lifestyle n see where I end up n obviously I hope you enjoy it, follow it n can relate with how I’m feeling n definitely don’t be shy of giving me some tips/advice.

I’m a bit obsessed with Fashion n Fitness n I’m sure you can all agree they play a huge part in every day life! I mean, you’ve gotta look good n feel good haven’t you.

I started my first session back at the gym last week n oh my god my legs n booty felt it, believe me! Dont get me wrong I’m not a novice, but I’m definitely not a pro either!


•20 mins warm up, bike 🚴🏼 (glute legs activation is key)

•10 squats with 20kg bar

•10 jumping squats with 15kg bar

•Walking lunges with 10kg dumbbells in each hand

•10 box jumps

•10 hip thrusts with 12kg kettlebell

Repeat 3x – Seriously achy after 5 months out! I’m talking not being able to sit down for 2 days  due to jelly legs n a tender booty!
